मैं 65 साल का पुरुष हूँ, मुझे डायबिटीज है और ब्लड प्रेशर दवाओं से कंट्रोल में है। मुझे ग्रेड 1 फैटी लिवर है जो दवाओं से ठीक हो रहा है। मेरी कामेच्छा बिल्कुल खत्म हो गई है। कृपया कोई ऐसी दवा सुझाएं जो भारी धातुओं और भस्म से मुक्त हो।
