Kumari (Aloe vera) juice – 20–30 ml, morning empty stomach, 2–3 weeks

- External Therapy / Lifestyle
Abhyanga (Massage): Lower abdomen & back with warm Sesame or Ashwagandha oil, 15–20 min daily
Swedana (Steam Therapy): Mild herbal steam (Triphala / Ajwain), 10 min, 3–4 times/week
Yoga Asanas: Baddha Konasana, Supta Baddha Konasana, Bhujangasana – 15–20 min/day
Pranayama: Anulom-Vilom (Alternate nostril breathing) – 5–10 min/day

Eat warm, cooked foods: soups, khichdi, porridge
