Concerns About Delayed Periods and Weight Gain - #50537

I am meena age of 25. Delayed period for 3 mts, 3 kg of increased weight, h/o >45 days cycle , no heavy bleeding or with pain . No hair fall, litely pimples . Physically not much activ. Due to study.
