—As the periods are irregular since 2-3 years, firstly should have to go with these investigations - LH FSH Testosterone Prolactin TSH Pelvic Ultrasound — Internal Medicine- 1)Ashwagandha 1 g + Shatavari 1 g + Cinnamon ½ tsp + Ginger small piece + Turmeric ¼ tsp. -------Boil in 200 ml water, reduce to 100 ml. 1 cup morning before breakfast. 2)Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp soaked overnight take it in morning 3)Chandraprabha Vati 2 tabs twice daily after meals 4)Yograj Guggulu 1 tab twice daily after meals -------Light exercise / yoga 30–45 min daily Avoid sugar, fried & processed foods; eat high fiber & whole grains 4. Follow-up after next cycle
