Guidance on Vitamin D Supplementation for Sleep Issues - #50696

I have sleep problem and got blood test and then vitamin d level comes 19 only. what should i do. should i take Calcirol 60 K Sachet or tablet. Please guide how many months should i take this.

Vitamin D level of 19 ng/mL is considered deficient (normal is usually 30–100 ng/mL).
