Yes- Generally ayurvedic herbal pain relief powders made from plant ingredient are usually steriod free
They usually contains rasna, aswagandha etc
These are traditional ayurvedic herbs used for joint pain and stiffness and do not conatins sterils
However
Many products in market are sold without proper labelling and without clear mentioning of ingredients
So check the label and use only if product is authentic
ABOUT LONG TERM USE
Yes you can take long term if you are not experiencing any other issues like gastric

If it is of authentic brand then more chances that is purely herbal but if it is reducing your pain instantly then it is doubtful…so choose accordingly

It’s a herbal product and also claimed to be steroid free, u can use it for osteoarthritis, but only recommended dose.
—  Stop if you develop any side effects like stomach pain, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, or worsening joint symptoms. Also stop if there is no noticeable benefit after 6 weeks of regular use, then consult for proper evaluation
