Hello Thank you for your question.Drainage from navel is not something to be ignorned, even if your energy is normal Have you done USG of abdomen or any CT scan If not go for USG ABDOMEN This will show if there is tract or internal infection Is discharge- Continuous daily? Or only when pressed? Does it increases when coughing? WHAT CAN YOU DO IMMEDIATELY - Keep area clean and dry -Wash gently with warm saline water - do not sequeeze -Avoid applying random creams a spider bite alone rarely causes long term draining fistulas unless infection went deep or there was pre existing sinus Please get USG done Warm regards Dr Snehal Vidhate
It’s not probably due to spider bite might be due to umbilical or omental infection so it’s better to get us abdomen for proper evaluation
