मुझे बहुत कमजोरी और थकान महसूस हो रही है, किसी काम का मन नहीं है, खाने में भी कोई दिलचस्पी नहीं है। मुझे समझ नहीं आ रहा कि आज ऐसा क्यों महसूस हो रहा है। मेरा नाम लक्ष्मी है और मेरी जन्मतिथि 21.03.1999 है।

Hello, 1. Please check for the CBC with ESR, Vit.D3, Vit.B12, Thyroid profile, Serum calcium. 2. Please see if you were exposed any psychological trauma (like major loss) in the past one year. 3. Hope your menstrual cycles are regular and you sleep well. However, on immediate note start the following: 1. Pranayama practice(nadi shodhana/anuloma-viloma) 20 minutes practice everyday. 2. Hydration- 1.5 liters of water a day. 3. Include fresh fruits and veggies, nuts and seeds in your diet. Medicines: 1. Hello dear this can well be a thyroid dysfunction or vitamin D or vit B12 deficiency . The possibility of a mental health crisis is also there. But foremost you should go for a CBC ESR TSH VIT B12 AND VIT D, HB tests to rule out physical concerns. For your current symptomatic relief you can start *Kalyanakam kashaya 15 ml twice daily before food mixed with 60 ml luke warm water * Manasmitra vataka 1 tab twice daily after food * Dhanwantaram gulika 2tab + lasunadi vati 1 tab twice daily before food *Saraswatarishtam 30 ml twice daily after food These medicines will only give you symptomatic relief for a while it is necessary to do these tests and determine the exact cause of your symptoms and adjust your medication to suit your needs the best.
