मुझे बहुत कमजोरी और थकान महसूस हो रही है, किसी काम का मन नहीं है, खाने में भी कोई दिलचस्पी नहीं है। मुझे समझ नहीं आ रहा कि आज ऐसा क्यों महसूस हो रहा है। मेरा नाम लक्ष्मी है और मेरी जन्मतिथि 21.03.1999 है।

–Lakshmi, since you’ve been feeling weak, tired, and low in mood for a few months, we should check for common causes like vitamin deficiency, thyroid imbalance, anemia, or stress-related issues. I recommend some basic blood tests –CBC, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Thyroid, Iron –Once we see the results, we can treat it properly. Don’t worry, this is common and treatable. —Rx: Ashwagandha Churna – 3g with warm milk at bedtime. Brahmi Vati – 1 tab twice daily after food. Chyawanprash – 1 tsp morning before food with warm milk. Draksharishta – 15 ml + equal water twice daily after food. –Advice: Early sleep (before 10:30 PM) 20 min morning sunlight Light exercise / yoga Avoid junk & excessive screen time –Review after 15 days.

Hello, 1. Please check for the CBC with ESR, Vit.D3, Vit.B12, Thyroid profile, Serum calcium. 2. Please see if you were exposed any psychological trauma (like major loss) in the past one year. 3. Hope your menstrual cycles are regular and you sleep well. However, on immediate note start the following: 1. Pranayama practice(nadi shodhana/anuloma-viloma) 20 minutes practice everyday. 2. Hydration- 1.5 liters of water a day. 3. Include fresh fruits and veggies, nuts and seeds in your diet. Medicines: 1.
