Your symptoms indicate Vata–Pitta imbalance with Grahani (digestive dysfunction). Loose oily stools, gas, burning in the anus, alternating appetite, and facial rash occur due to aggravated Pitta along with disturbed Vata affecting digestion (Agni). Dadimashtaka churna helps in digestion and stool formation, which is why your motion improved. However, Vata still remains aggravated, causing gas, dryness, and pain during defecation. Kutajghan Vati – 2 tablet twice daily after meals Triphala 0-0-2 at night Avipattikar Churna – 5 g at 2 times after food Takra (buttermilk) with roasted cumin after lunch Put castor oil at night on umbalical take abhyaaristh 10 ml after food 2 times with water Avoid spicy, oily, fermented foods and excessive tea/coffee Prefer warm, light, easily digestible food Include ghee and buttermilk in diet Maintain regular meal timing
