Your symptoms suggest a significant imbalance involving Vata dosha, characterized by dryness, irregularity, and weakness. The frequent occurrence of ‘swapna dosha’ (nocturnal emissions) and the sensation of sticky urine can be linked to aggravated Vata, which is responsible for movement and the nervous system. The curvature of the penis may also be related to Vata’s irregularity.

The visibility of bones and low body weight indicate a deficiency of nourishment and possibly Agni (digestive fire), which might be weak, contributing to your digestive issues like IBS, indigestion, and frequent bowel movements. This weak Agni can lead to the accumulation of Ama (toxins), further disturbing the balance.

Frequent headaches, forgetfulness, and joint pain with cracking sounds suggest Vata’s dryness and irregularity affecting your nervous and musculoskeletal systems. The low energy levels and lack of motivation (‘alasya’) are signs of depleted Ojas, the essence of vitality, which can be drained by prolonged stress and improper digestion.

Ayurveda views these symptoms as interconnected, not isolated. The systemic imbalance of Vata, combined with weak digestion and stress, affects your overall health.
