Medicines: Pilex tablet 1 tablet twice daily after food. Avipattikar churna 3 grams at night with warm water (if constipation or acidity is present). Gandhak rasayan 1 tablet twice daily. For local use, you can apply Pilex ointment externally. This combination helps reduce burning, inflammation, and supports healing.
