Ek saaf kapde mein barf (ice) lapet kar us jagah par 10-15 minute ke liye halki sek karein. Isse sujan aur laalpan kam hoga. Direct skin par barf na lagayein. Tight Kapde na Pehnein: Pet par dhile (loose) cotton ke kapde pehnein taaki injection wali jagah par ragad (friction) na lage.
