Aur muje Mera digestion bhi thik nahi lagta mujhe potty bhi thik se nahi ati bar bar toilet Jana padta hai aur phir bhi thik se pat saf nahi. Hota hai . Me bahar ka kuch nahi khati me tala hua bhi nahi khati me bas Gharka khati hu . Muje bhot payas bhi lagti hai agar Paninaa mile to chkar jasa ata hai muje Pani ke bager nahi banta . Muje migrane ka problem bhi hai. Jab migrane hota hai tab muje ulti ana , sar me bayi tarf pain hona, ankh me khujli hona, Chik atti hai . Aur muje aksar ghabrahat rehti hai man me aur bechani si bhi pata nahi ku man me udasi si rehti hai . Pata nahikya ho gaya hai.

Aapke likhe symptoms ko padhkar, lagta hai ki aapko kuch gynaecological aur digestive issues nazar aa rahe hain. Aap bat karte hain white discharge aur khoon ke baare mein, aur saath hi digestion aur urinary issues. Yeh samasya dosha vikriti se judi ho sakti hain, aur Ayurveda mein isse santulit karne ke liye vishehsh upay hain. Mere kyaals se, aapko turant kisi medical professional ko milne ki zarurat hai, especially agar abnormal discharge aur bleeding continue hai, yeh serious health issue ki nishani ho sakti hai.
Ayurveda ke nazariye se samjhne ki koshish karein to yeh dosha vikriti hai. Vata dosha je digestive aur nervous system ko asar karta hai, aur aapke symptoms se yeh lag raha hai ki yeh imbalance ho raha hai. Pitta dosha aapke migraines aur irritability se juda ho sakta hai. Vata ko balance karne ke liye soche:
1. Sone aur jagne ke time ko consistent rakhein. Har din same time par sone jaeye, aur uthne ka schedule banaye.
2. Tailaabhyanga, yaani oil massage (jaise sesame ya almond oil) aapke liye sahayak hoga. Isse aapka body aur mind relax rahega.
3. Apni diet mein garam, paki hui cheezen jodhein. Kaccha, thanda aur processed food avoid karen.
Aapke digestive issues ke liye, agni aur digestion ko boost karne ke liye ek simple gharelu nuskha lein: Adrak aur lehsun ka paani banake peeyein, rojana khana se pehle. Yeh agni ko prasan karti hai aur aapko relief deri hai constipation mein.
Jaldi jaldi paani peena se koshish karna, paani gaarami rakhein agar possible ho to aur adratha pe focus kare. Aapko kis kisiki doctor’s advice ka palan zaroori hai, yeh samasya bada bhi ho sakti hai aur nazarandaaz karne layak nahi!
