Yeh samasya dosha vikriti se judi ho sakti hain, aur Ayurveda mein isse santulit karne ke liye vishehsh upay hain. Mere kyaals se, aapko turant kisi medical professional ko milne ki zarurat hai, especially agar abnormal discharge aur bleeding continue hai, yeh serious health issue ki nishani ho sakti hai.
Ayurveda ke nazariye se samjhne ki koshish karein to yeh dosha vikriti hai. Vata dosha je digestive aur nervous system ko asar karta hai, aur aapke symptoms se yeh lag raha hai ki yeh imbalance ho raha hai. Pitta dosha aapke migraines aur irritability se juda ho sakta hai. Vata ko balance karne ke liye soche:

Aapke digestive issues ke liye, agni aur digestion ko boost karne ke liye ek simple gharelu nuskha lein: Adrak aur lehsun ka paani banake peeyein, rojana khana se pehle. Yeh agni ko prasan karti hai aur aapko relief deri hai constipation mein.
