I am really struggling with some liver issues lately. My doctor mentioned my liver enzymes are a bit off, and I feel like I've tried everything. I've read about how important it is to detox and support liver health, and I'm super curious — which juice is best for liver health? I've heard mixed things on the internet, ya know? One friend keeps swearing by beet juice, saying it helped her feel better. But then, another says that lemon juice mixed with warm water is the best. I don’t really know what to believe anymore! Some days I feel bloated, and I don’t sleep well, which just adds to my confusion. Should I really be focusing on juicing, or are there other methods I should consider instead? My diet is pretty standard: lots of veggies but I do indulge in the wrong foods occasionally. Just looking for some guidance here, which juice is best for liver repair? Do I need to combine it with something else, or can I just stick to one? Any insights appreciated!
