Thank you sir. This state has been for last 5+ years after stopping psychiatric medicines and I had migraines, depression, stress, anxiety etc for very long untreated with digestive upset, acidity, weight loss and severe insomnia. Want to ask you categorically. Has there been any damage to the brain cells or neurons or loss? Also, history of rtms treatment as well. Please guide. Excess heat in body and mind and brain.

Ayurvedic perspective, this condition is mainly due to aggravation of Pitta dosha affecting the Manovaha Srotas “साधकं पित्तमाश्रित्य हृदि बुद्धिप्रसादनम् । धैर्यं स्मृतिं मेधां च पित्तं कुरुते नृणाम् ॥” Sadhaka Pitta located in the heart and brain governs intellect, memory, courage, and mental clarity. When it becomes aggravated, it may lead to irritability, stress, disturbed sleep, and other mental disturbances. Brahmi Vati 2tablet twice daily after meals Helps calm the mind and improve sleep. Saraswatarishta 15 ml with equal water after lunch and dinner Supports mental stability and reduces stress. Sutshekhar Ras 2tablet twice daily after food Useful for pacifying aggravated Pitta. Shankhpushpi Churna Ayurvedic perspective, this condition is mainly due to aggravation of Pitta dosha affecting the Manovaha Srotas (channels of the mind).
