For chronic stress, anxiety, overthinking, low mood, and mild depression, focus more on calming the nervous system, improving sleep quality, digestion, and daily routine. If Ashwagandha causes excess weight gain or heaviness, you can avoid it. Take Brahmi Vati 1 tablet twice daily after food. Saraswatarishta 15 ml with equal water after lunch and dinner. Jatamansi Churna 2 grams at night with warm water or milk. Kalyanaka Ghrita 1 teaspoon morning on empty stomach if digestion is good. Lifestyle Sleep before 10:30 PM. Avoid excessive mobile use, porn, caffeine, and late nights. Daily walking, yoga, Surya Namaskar, and pranayama. Practice Anulom Vilom and Bhramari for 10 minutes morning and evening. Eat regular warm fresh food, avoid fasting and junk food.
