Root cause Weak Satva (mental strength) Overactive Vata in mind Excess focus + fear around purity/religion Long-term stress or anxiety patterns Can Ayurveda cure it? Ayurveda can significantly reduce symptoms and improve control Complete cure depends on discipline + combined approach Best results when combined with modern therapy (CBT/ERP) 1. Medicines (Medhya Rasayana) Brahmi – calms thoughts Shankhpushpi – reduces anxiety Jatamansi – stabilizes mind Ashwagandha – reduces stress (if suitable) 2.
