Struggling with Fear, Sadness, and Nervousness - #51950

I am suffering from fear of death , illness and nervousness. As I I had to go through a lotsofups and downs in life and also in last few years. I often overanalyze things and got stucked in a particular negative or uneasy thinking. I feel bore and sad and hurt easily . I also feel cannot connect with people easily .
