I have insomnia and overthinking problem I cant sleep without medication I have depression anxiety negativity and sexual thought.i have periods problem skin issues and hairfall I have tension and stress

Avoid oily spicy and processed foods. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Regular exercise and meditation. Tab Bhringraj 2-0-2 Tab Protekt 2-0-2 Cap Brahmi 1-0-1 Massage on scalp with bhringraj oil twice a week. Follow up after 2 weeks.
