Best medicine for insomnia, deep sleep. Not able to sleep in the night, in case I sleep , I wake up around 2-3 am. Keep on thinkin on different things. I am fifty years old and a diabetic patient. Earlier used to take Allopathy medicine Trika 0.5,for 3 years. Now stopped it.

Your pattern (sleeping then waking at 2–3 am with thoughts) is typical of Vata aggravation + mind overactivity, common in diabetes and after stopping long-term sedatives. You don’t need very strong medicines, but regular calming + sleep routine is essential. Simple Ayurvedic medicines and dose 1. For deep sleep and calming mind Ashwagandha churna Dose 3 grams at night with warm milk Jatamansi churna Dose 1–2 grams at night 2. For stress and overthinking Brahmi vati Dose 1 tablet twice daily 3. For natural sleep support Tagara (Valerian) Dose 500 mg at bedtime Night routine (very important) Take warm milk with a pinch of nutmeg at night Do foot massage with sesame oil before sleep Avoid mobile and thinking work

??? Anulomvilom and Bhramari Pranayam will help. But you have to do it early in the morning only. ? Donot get yourself into any addictions. ? Donot drink tea or coffee or aerated drinks. ? Reduce screen time… No screen in darkness and 1 hour before you sleep. Consume audio form of data rather than visuals before you sleep. Filter the content of data you consume… Let it be spiritual or positive… ?? Drink a glass of buffalo milk daily before you sleep; it will help you get a sound sleep. ?? 100 steps after both meals are must. ?? Eat only home cooked food… Avoid outside food, packed and processed food. ?? Prefer natural liquids like fruit juice, coconut water, lemon juice, kokum sharbat over packed ones. ?? Medication: ?? Panchendriya Vardhan Tailam 2 drops in each nostril early in the morning empty stomach. Cap. Memorin(S.G.Phytopharma) 2 caps twice a day before food. Tab. Zpter 2 tabs twice a day before food Syp. Prasham 4 tsp at bed time with lukewarm water. Tab. Manasmitra Vatak 2 tabs at bed time
