When pitta increases in the brain....."Dimaag ki garmi", and mental disorders due to this......how to cure this and does this inflammation cause any cellular loss of harm to the brain? can someone explain this. Cervical pain, migraine pain, etc. Cause and cure? Vata and pitta and kapha imbalances. Is this curable or incurable? Please guide me. So long this has goneon for,now memory, focus affected.

Ayurvedic perspective, this condition is mainly due to aggravation of Pitta dosha affecting the Manovaha Srotas “साधकं पित्तमाश्रित्य हृदि बुद्धिप्रसादनम् । धैर्यं स्मृतिं मेधां च पित्तं कुरुते नृणाम् ॥” Sadhaka Pitta located in the heart and brain governs intellect, memory, courage, and mental clarity. When it becomes aggravated, it may lead to irritability, stress, disturbed sleep, and other mental disturbances. Brahmi Vati 2tablet twice daily after meals Helps calm the mind and improve sleep. Saraswatarishta 15 ml with equal water after lunch and dinner Supports mental stability and reduces stress. Sutshekhar Ras 2tablet twice daily after food Useful for pacifying aggravated Pitta. Shankhpushpi Churna Ayurvedic perspective, this condition is mainly due to aggravation of Pitta dosha affecting the Manovaha Srotas (channels of the mind). Avoid: Spicy and very hot foods Excess tea or coffeeAlcohol Late-night screen exposure Taken at night before sleep Helps in insomnia and improves cognitive function. Mahakalyanak Ghrita 1 teaspoon with warm milk at night Nourishes the brain and balances Pitta. Do panchkarma near center Shirodhara Shiro Abhyanga with Brahmi oil. Nasya with ब्राह्मी Ghrita. Diet Ghee Coconut water Grapes (Draksha) Fennel water Bottle gourd and light cooling foods Avoid: Spicy and very hot foods Excess tea or coffee Alcohol Late-night screen exposure
