I need your help, please.

Yogendra your symptoms of continuous overthinking anxiety restlessness and episodes of fast heartbeat show that your mind is under constant internal pressure even though your physical health is good This kind of condition usually happens when the nervous system stays overactive for a long time due to stress or habitual overthinking so the mind does not get proper relaxation and stays alert all the time In your case the aim is to calm the mind reduce anxiety and bring stability to your thoughts rather than only focusing on physical health Saraswatarishtam 15 ml with equal water twice daily after food will help in calming the mind reducing anxiety and improving clarity Ashwagandhadi lehyam one teaspoon twice daily with milk will support your nervous system reduce stress and improve overall mental strength Brahmi vati one tablet twice daily after food will help in controlling overthinking improving focus and reducing restlessness Since you are already exercising continue that but also give equal importance to mental relaxation try to maintain a fixed sleep routine reduce screen time especially at night and spend some quiet time daily without phone or distractions Simple slow breathing for 10 to 15 minutes daily can make a big difference in calming your heartbeat and reducing anxiety This condition improves gradually with regular routine and consistency and within a few weeks you should start feeling more calm stable and in control of your thoughts

Namaste Yogendra, Your symptoms — continuous overthinking, anxiety, restlessness, and disturbed sleep — indicate mind imbalance with vata aggravation affecting mental stability and nervous system. The focus should be on calming the mind, improving sleep quality, and strengthening emotional balance. Maintain a fixed daily routine, especially for sleep. Avoid late-night screen usage and stimulating content. Practice simple breathing techniques (like slow deep breathing) and meditation daily. Reduce caffeine and irregular eating habits. Warm milk at night and a calm evening routine can help settle the mind. Continue light exercise, but avoid overexertion. Ayurvedic medicines with dose and timing: Ashwagandha Churna – 1 teaspoon, twice daily with warm milk Brahmi Ghrita – 1 teaspoon at bedtime with warm milk Saraswatarishta – 15 ml with equal water, twice daily after food These are traditionally used to support mental calmness, reduce anxiety, and improve sleep quality in a gradual and natural way. With consistent care, improvement in anxiety and sleep can be noticed over a few weeks. If symptoms like very fast heartbeat or severe anxiety persist, do continue guidance from your doctor along with this support. Consult me for more advice and suggestions on the above medicines.

Hai dear, I need to ask you about any recent incidents in your life which may be triggering these and also need you to take some blood tests, we need to figure out any possible causes for your symptoms. These tests include CBC, Ferritin,Serum cortisol, thyroid function test, vit B12 vit D, calcium and testosterone. Taking loads of medicine without understanding or addressing the actual cause behind the symptoms will be futile. More over, i have a few more questions like how’s your sleep schedule? Is there any disturbance? Any night shifts? How’s your appetite? Your food habits? Any constipation or unsatisfactory bowel movements? The connection between gut and brain is well established even dietary changes will impact your mental health. I am prescribing you a set of medications based on your initial complaints and the patterns I have observed take those medications strictly as prescribed. Also practice yoga like anuloma viloma pranayama, bhramari pranayama, surya bhedi chandra bhedi pranayama, sukhasana, savasana, thadasana ,balasana etc. These are all very relaxing yoga poses. Avoid foods like curd, biscuit bread pizza pasta achar papad heavily salted foods processed food etc. Use the oil for head massage 10 minutes before bath and foot massage at bed time.

Depression and other disorders related to the mind can only be treated when you make up ur mind to get rid of them. ❌ Try and avoid the trigger factors as much possible. Anxiety is a state of mind which you can surely control by altering your thoughts… Just note the patterns n timings of the feeling and make yourself busy in that time… If you have nothing to do at that time simple do some physical activity or go for a walk or if it is possible for you concentrate on your breath(which most of the people find difficult to do) 🧘‍♀️ Anulomvilom and Bhramari Pranayam will help. But you have to do it early in the morning only. ❌ Donot get yourself into any addictions. ❌ Donot drink tea or coffee or aerated drinks. ❌ Reduce screen time… No screen in darkness and 1 hour before you sleep. Consume audio form of data rather than visuals before you sleep. Filter the content of data you consume… Let it be spiritual or positive… ✔️ Drink a glass of buffalo milk daily before you sleep; it will help you get a sound sleep. ✔️ 100 steps after both meals are must. ✔️ Eat only home cooked food… Avoid outside food, packed and processed food. ✔️ Prefer natural liquids like fruit juice, coconut water, lemon juice, kokum sharbat over packed ones. 💊 Medication: 💊 Panchendriya Vardhan Tailam 2 drops in each nostril early in the morning empty stomach. Cap. Memorin(S.G.Phytopharma) 2 caps twice a day before food. Syp. Prasham 4 tsp at bed time with lukewarm water. Tab. Manasmitra Vatak 2 tabs at bed time. Light head massage daily with BRAHMI TAILAM
