I am 28. suffering from hairfall and dandruff. Seems to be male pattern baldness but no one from my parents side is bald. Kindly help me in curing this.

Oil massage can be extremely beneficial. A regular application of bhringraj oil on your scalp can aid in reducing hairfall. Warm the oil slightly and gently massage your scalp in circular motions at least twice a week. This not only nourishes the scalp but also improves circulation, promoting healthy hair growth.

For dandruff, a paste made from fenugreek (methi) seeds might be effective. Soak the seeds overnight, grind them in the morning and apply the paste on your scalp for about 30 minutes before washing out. The antifungal properties of fenugreek can help treat and prevent dandruff.

Reducing stress through meditation or yoga also one of the essential component. Stress is a significant contributor to hair issues, therefore try incorporating 15 minutes of meditation daily. Also ensure you are getting adequate sleep, as this contributes significantly to Pitta balance.

Remember that these remedies focus on addressing the root cause keeping in line with Ayurvedic practice, rather than just providing temporary relief. If the problem persists, do consult with a local Ayurvedic physician to get a personalized treatment plan.
