This situation needs medical caution first.
High WBC + chest pain + low hemoglobin can indicate infection, inflammation, heart/lung problem, or anemia with stress on the heart
Please consult a physician/cardiologist immediately and get
ECG
Chest X-ray
CRP / ESR
Repeat CBC
Chest pain is a red-flag symptom.
Ayurvedic
For low hemoglobin
Draksha Avaleha – 1 tsp twice daily after food
Punarnava Mandura – 1 tab twice daily after food
Beetroot + pomegranate juice ( 1 cup daily)
For high WBC (possible infection/inflammation)
Guduchi (Giloy) Kashayam – 15 ml twice daily with warm water
Amalaki churna – 1 tsp once daily
For chest discomfort
Arjuna ksheerapaka (Arjuna bark boiled in milk & water) – 10ml bd

Firstly it is indicating of some infection,in her body and for chest pain if it is radiating to arm then immidiately go for the ECG and Xray later you can take this treatment
1.Sudarshan Ghana Vati – 1 tab twice daily after food
2.Guduchi (Giloy) Ghan Vati – 1 tab twice daily
Trikatu churna – ¼ tsp with honey, once daily (only if no acidity)
Talisadi churna – if heaviness/mucus is present
For low iron once fever reduces take this
Punarnava Mandura – 1 tab twice daily after food.

Hello,
If the reports like chest X-ray, ECG are normal and if she is not under any allopathy medication for any health issues, she can start with the following: (if possible please share the medication details, age)
1. Dasamoolarishtam 15ml—0----15ml by adding 15 ml of boiled cooled water for one month.
2. Sangfer Capsule(sagar) 1----0----1 for 90 days.
Diet-
Freshly cooked warm food which is easily digestible; let it contain cooked sprouts.
