Can I take Patanjali Divya Mukta Vati with other herbal remedies for high blood pressure and kidney function? - #47875

I have high blood pressure (140/90) and taking Telma20 mg. I want to take Patanjali divya mukta vati extra power for that and renogrit and punarnavti mandoor for to improve my kidney functions. Can I take divya muktavai, Renogrit and Punarnavati Mandoor together at a time or I can take with 30 minutes interval?
