Doctors' responses

A loud ringing in the head is most commonly tinnitus, and today it is likely worse because of stress, emotional overload, fasting, hormonal changes (before periods), lack of sleep, dehydration, or low blood sugar. Fasting + teas + stress + pre-menstrual phase can sensitize the nervous system, making ringing feel louder. It does not mean something supernatural or dangerous by itself. Not remembering dreams also happens when the body is tired, stressed, or under-fed.

What to do Drink water with a pinch of salt Eat a small balanced meal (not just rice cakes) Reduce stimulants/herbal mixes today Rest your eyes and ears (quiet time) If ringing is persistent, painful, or one-sided → see a doctor
