Doctors' responses

Yes, it can be safe, but with precautions. Important points Itcalms 5/0.5 (escitalopram + clonazepam) works on anxiety Brahmi ghrita & Manasamitra vatakam also act on mind & nerves Taking all together at the same time is NOT advised How to take safely Keep a gap of 2–3 hours between allopathic and Ayurvedic medicines Take Itcalms as advised by gastroenterologist (usually night) Take Brahmi ghrita / Manasamitra in morning or afternoon Shankha bhasma is generally safe for gastritis (low dose)
