What is the best solution to stop frequent urination at night? I keep fit. I prefer Ayurvedic practices. I find that my eye sight is deteriorating fast. What is the best practice for improving hearing loss?

1.Chandraprabha vati 2 tab twice daily after meals 2.Gokshuradi guggulu 1 tab twice daily with water after meals 3.Saptamrita lauh 2 tab twice daily with water after meals 4.Triphala ghrita 1 tsp once daily with warm milk 5.Sarivadi vati 2 tab twice daily with water after meals 6.Bilav taila-2 drops in each ear once daily

Avoid intake of any liquid after 7 pm. Limit use of phone , tv and laptop. Take a healthy balanced diet Avoid using headphones. Practice yoga and asanas to support bladder.

Hello So, about what you’re going through – the nighttime urine frequency, eyesight getting worse, and trouble hearing – in Ayurveda, they’re often all connected.

They usually mean your Vata is out of whack and your body’s tissues are getting weaker as you get older. The best way to deal with it is to treat everything together.

WHAT’S GOING ON, ACCORDING TO AYURVEDA

Basically, it looks like:

Your Apana Vata isn’t working right → making you urinate a lot at night Your Majja & Shukra Dhatu are low → causing weak nerves and hearing loss Your Rasa & Rakta are weak → not feeding your eyes well enough You might have a slight Prameha thing going on (even if your blood sugar is fine)

WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT

1. URINATING ALL NIGHT (Nocturia)

Internal medication (works well):

Chandraprabha Vati: 2 pills, twice a day after you eat Gokshuradi Guggulu: 2 pills, twice a day These help your bladder control and your prostate.

Simple things you can do at home: –Don’t drink anything after 7 PM –Skip tea, coffee, and alcohol at night –Massage your lower belly with warm sesame oil before bed

2. HEARING ISSUE (Karna Shakti Kshaya)

(Karna Purana): Every day or every other day: Warm up some Ksheerabala oil Put 2 drops in each ear in the morning This will: –Feed your hearing nerves –Help with sound getting through –Slow down things from getting worse

Things to take: Ashwagandha – 500 mg at night Brahmi – 250 mg, twice a day

3. EYESIGHT GETTING WORSE

Nourish your eyes: Triphala ghrita – 1/2 tsp at night with warm milk Saptamrita Lauha – 2 pills, twice a day

Eye exercises: Do palming every day Splash cold water on your eyes in the morning Stay off screens after 9 PM

WHAT TO EAT

✅Eat more:

Ghee Almonds Dates Pumpkin seeds Amla

❌Avoid

Too much dry food Cold drinks Eating late

If Vata dries out your tissues, then all your senses get weak. So, the treatment needs to: –Add moisture –Nourish your body –Make you stable

In Ayurveda, this is often because of vata imbalance (the energy that controls movement) or weak kidney/urinary system .
