Is there a home remedy for peri -anal abcess i do not want to undergo surgery No constipation No pus. Slight discomfort and swelling

Dx: Gudagata Shopha (chronic, non-suppurative)
External
Sitz bath: Warm water + Triphala / Panchavalkala
→ 10–15 min, BD
Jatyadi Taila: Local application BD
Internal
Triphala churna ½ tsp HS with warm water
Gandhak Rasayan 1 tab BD after food
Kaishore Guggulu 1 tab BD after food
Advice
Avoid spicy/oily food, alcohol
Don’t sit long hours
Keep area dry
Review
Reassess in 3–4 weeks
If pain, fever, or pus → surgical consult mandatory
