Ashwagandha 1-0-1 after food ( at night) with warm water 2. Vanari gulika 1-0-1 after food with warm water Along with that you need to change your diet Avoid curds, milkshakes, fruitsalad leafy vegetables Fenugreek spinach, Backery products, spicy food and fried items Take following diet:- Buttermilk, moong dal, milk with sunth powder+ haladi , steamed sprouts

👉 Tantra Max capsules usually off-white / light brown (herbal color) hoti hain.
