November se mera BP 170/82 tak rah raha hai.. docter ne Metopolol 50 aur Talmistran 40 diya hai ab bhi 165/76 se 151/80 tak rah raha hai. BP badne par bhi mujhe pat nahi hota.. pulse bhi 60–65 rahta hai.. kya Mukta vati sevan kar sakta hun..kaise ? Agreji dava chalta rahega ? Akhauri Bijay , 80 yr

Metoprolol aur Telmisartan band na karein.
Mukta Vati le sakte hain, par sirf support ke liye, main dawa ke badle nahi.
1 goli subah + 1 shaam, BP daily check.
Chakkar, kamzori, ya BP bahut gire → turant band.
