Can I continue using ashwagandha, shilajit, and shatavri after my breast cancer diagnosis? - #49619

Can a 59 year old woman have ashwagandha, shilajit and shatavri? I have been having this for many years, but just got diagnosed with breast cancer caused by estrogen. Ive had a mastectomy but dont need radiation or chemo. Caught very early. Could the ashwagandha, shilajit and shatavri have caused this? I am active and do strength training.And cardio. What can I have to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle? Thank you
