•1. Anti-Proliferative Herbs (Lekhana Karma) ●Kanchanar Guggulu: The gold standard in Ayurveda for glandular swellings and tumors. It helps clear lymphatic blockages and reduce growths. Varuna (Crataeva nurvala): Known for its ability to penetrate deep tissues and break down masses. ●Turmeric (Curcumin): High-potency Haridra is a powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant that interferes with cancer cell signaling •2. Uterine Tonics (Stree-Roga Chikitsa) ●Ashoka (Saraca asca): Specifically acts on the endometrial lining to regulate cell health and reduce excessive bleeding ●Lodhra: Helps in firming the uterine tissues and clearing “Kleda” (excessive moisture/ congestion) from the pelvic region. •3. Immune Support (Rasayana) ●Giloy (Guduchi): Supports white blood cell count, which is crucial if you are undergoing conventional treatments that may lower immunity. ●Ashwagandha: Helps the body manage the intense physical and emotional stress of a cancer diagnosis. •Detoxification-Mild Virechana (purgation) to remove metabolic waste (Amala) •Nutritional Support-Ajasrika Rasayana (nourishing foods like pomegranate, Amla, and ghee). •Pain Management-Warm Basti (medicated enemas) under expert supervision to calm ●Diet & Lifestyle Guidelines •Favor: Bitter and astringent vegetables (leafy greens, cruciferous vegetables), mung dal, and fiber-rich grains like Jowar or Bajra to help process estrogen. •Avoid: Processed sugar, fermented foods (curd, pickles), and excessive salt, as these can aggravate Kapha and promote “Sotha” (inflammation).
