For an open breast cancer wound, do not apply Vijaya (cannabis) leaf oil directly unless advised by the oncologist/wound specialist. It may irritate the tissue or increase infection risk. Topically, Vijaya oil is sometimes used on intact skin for pain, but not on open, bleeding, or infected wounds. For wound care Clean gently with normal saline. Use prescribed antibiotic/medical dressings regularly. If foul smell, pus, fever, or increasing pain occurs, seek urgent medical care. Ayurvedic supportive option (only around the wound, not deep inside) Jatyadi Taila apply around margins if doctor approves. Haridra with warm milk orally for support. Because cancer wounds often need specialized dressings, a wound-care nurse or oncologist review is best.
