Hi! I’m an assistant to the Ask Ayurveda doctors. I’ve carefully reviewed your question.
I will explain your symptoms through the Ayurvedic perspective so you understand what is happening in your body as a whole.
The burning sensation in your mouth can be linked to an imbalance in the Pitta dosha. Pitta, which governs heat and metabolism, may become aggravated due to the treatments you’ve undergone, such as radiation, which inherently increases heat in the body. This can manifest as burning sensations, particularly in sensitive areas like the mouth.
The stiffness around your neck may be related to Vata dosha imbalance. Vata governs movement and can be disturbed by surgical interventions and stress, leading to stiffness and restricted movement.
In Ayurveda, these symptoms are seen as interconnected and suggest a systemic imbalance rather than isolated issues. The treatments you have received could have disturbed your internal balance, leading to increased Pitta and Vata, affecting both your mouth and neck.
To give doctors a precise and effective treatment plan, your answers to the questions below are essential. Without this information, the recommendations will be more general and less accurate.
