Why is my body feeling sticky and painful after eating certain foods? - #50266

Mera ansu ab chipchipa ho gaya hai, pehle pani jaisa tha. Kya dikkat hai, Main kabhi bhi dahi meethe wali ya ganna ras piti hu, full body pain hota hai bahut jayada, vaise hi salad khane se body pain hota hai. Agar green leafy vegetable kha lu to bahut body pain hota hai. Jis din main bhar pet aur heavy diet leti hu, uske kuch din achcha feel karti hu, mood bahut achcha rahta hai. Aur kheer khane se aur mithai khane se full body swelling ho jati hai. Pani pine ke thodi der baad body swelling ho jati hai. Please root cause bata dijiye, Pitta body type hai natural heat rahta hai body me. Din bhar body garm lagta hai aur raat me normal.kabhi kabhi summer mein bhi raat me aise hi so jati hu, fan ki bhi jarurat nahi padhti.
