Ayurvedic Medicines (General Liver Support) 1️⃣ Bhumi Amla (Phyllanthus niruri) 500 mg tablet twice daily OR Fresh swaras 10–15 ml twice daily 2️⃣ Kalmegh (Andrographis paniculata) 250–500 mg twice daily after food 3️⃣ Punarnava 500 mg twice daily (good if fatty liver / swelling) 4️⃣ Arogyavardhini Vati 1 tablet twice daily after meals (Only if no pregnancy & under supervision) If you prefer classical combination: 👉 Bhumi amla + Kalmegh + Kutki combination works very well. Duration: 6–8 weeks, then repeat LFT. 🥗 Diet for Liver Support ✅ Eat: Lauki, tori, parwal Moong dal Steamed vegetables Coconut water Pomegranate Warm water Haldi in small quantity ❌ Avoid: Fried food Bakery items Excess tea/coffee Alcohol (strictly avoid) Excess protein supplements Very spicy food
