Swelling and Pain in My Son's Testicle - #51498

My son is 18 yrs old.One day h got cramp in abdomen and we asked him to lie down and after some time he vomited what he ate in lunch.The next day he got testicle pain and his right testicle became swollen and it is hard and till now it is shrinking what is the reason for this

–Your son’s testicle became swollen and hard after pain. This can happen due to twisting of the testicle or infection. Because the testicle is now shrinking, it is important to see a doctor immediately for examination and ultrasound to find the exact cause.
