----Rx:
Guduchi Ghana Vati – 2 tab BD after food
Ashwagandha Churna – 3 g BD with milk
Amalaki Churna – 3 g HS with lukewarm water
Chyawanprash – 1 tsp OD morning
----Advice:
Continue ART regularly
Nutritious diet, adequate rest
Follow-up after 15 days
