Hello sir, मेरा लिंग है वो टाइट हो रहा है पर जितना चाहिए उतना नही हो रहा है सेक्स के दौरान एकबार फुल टाइट होता है उसके बाद ढीला पड़ जाता है और छोटा भी रह रहा है तो मुझे कोई उपचार बताइए जो आयुर्वेदिक हो और दूसरी हानि भी न पहुंचे और सेक्स अच्छे से हो पाए
