Thank you for reaching out and trusting this platform with your question, Gautam HIV is most commonly transmitted through unprotected, vagina or anal sex, sharing needles or from mother to child during birth or breastfeeding Blood transfusion are rare cause due to proper training, but they still carry risk When it comes to oral sex- risk of HIV transmission is generally lawyer compared to unprotected intercourse, but it is not zero The chances of HIV spreading through oral sex increase if the person giving oral sex as any cuts, bleeding, gums, mouth ulcer, or if the partner has a high viral load and ejaculate is in the mouth . Rimming can expose you to other infections to such as hepatitis, syphilis, or harmful bacteria, especially if there is poor hygiene or open wounds. Show while oral sex is not the highest risk activity for HIV. It does carry some level of risk depending upon the circumstances. According to Ayurvedic point of view, preserving your sexual health is a form of preserving your vital energy and immunity. We believe in living with balance and awareness which includes being informed, practising safe sex and respecting the body and its boundaries. I would also recommend you to maintain strong immunity and overall well-being through proper diet, rest hygiene and mental calmness . If your sexually active regular STI, checkups and safe practices are a wise and responsible choice . If at any time you feel exposed to potential risk, it is best to consult a doctor in person and get screened without delay Take care of your health and stay well informed

HIV transmission primarily occurs through certain body fluids: blood, semen, pre-seminal fluid, rectal fluids, vaginal fluids, and breast milk. The virus must directly enter your bloodstream for transmission to occur, often through mucous membranes found in the rectum, vagina, penis, or open sores. Concerning oral sex, there is risk, though generally lower than other forms of sexual activity. When performing oral sex, such as a bj (blowjob), if the person giving the oral sex has cuts or sores in their mouth, the presence of blood can increase risk if they come in contact with the partner's semen or pre-seminal fluid. Similarly, during rimming (oral contact with the anus), contact with rectal fluids could present a risk, especially if there are cuts or abrasions in the mouth. While Ayurveda does not directly address modern conditions like HIV within the classical texts, maintaining a robust immune system can be beneficial for overall health. Understanding one's dosha (constitution) can be useful for reinforcing the body's natural defenses. For example, Kapha types could focus on reducing excess phlegm and mucus, and a balanced diet with warming spices might be beneficial. In professional practice, I would advise aligning diet and lifestyle to enhance ojas (vital energy), which is thought to govern immunity. Consider incorporating foods rich in antioxidants like amalaki (Indian gooseberry) and turmeric. Ensure regular sleep as well, as this helps balance the body's circadian rhythms, promoting rejuvenation. Ultimately, if you believe you've been exposed to HIV, seeking immediate medical attention for appropriate testing and potential post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) is crucial. Ayurvedic support in such contexts is supplementary and cannot replace medical intervention. Always prioritize modern medical advice and treatments in urgent scenarios.
