No flaxseeds are doesn’t harm throats. It will not have any effect on your throat. Oil Massage Massaging Brahmi oil into the scalp and soles for 5 minutes before bedtime Ingredients Brahmi Powder Jatamansi Powder Shankhapushpi Powder Bhringraj Powder Mixing Method: Mix all four ingredients in equal amounts and store in a glass bottle.Dosage (30 days): 1 teaspoon (about 3 grams) Stick in 1 cup of hot water, covered, for 10 minutes • Morning on an empty stomach and evening 1 hour before meals
