Can I safely take ashwagandha with desi ghee considering my pitta dosha? - #51476

Can i take ashwagandha with desi ghee because i have pitta dosha. I am going to gym daily basis and lifting heavy weights. I have uric acid problem. So that mulethi is not good for me. I am using safed musli only. Please suggest to use ashwagandha without any disturbance in stomach andnot getting any mouth ulcers.
