Don't force to pull down the skin on penis, you can put pure virgin coconut oil on the tip of the penis and slowly try to retract gently, if painful occurs stop immediately try doing this 2-3 times a day when pain can stop till pain is gone To wash no need to rub . Clean the penis in running water. Kayakalp vati -DS extra strong 1-0-1 after food with water Follow up after 15 days

Govind if you forcefully pulled back the skin and it got stuck which can be a medical emergency, it also can be phymosis. Pls seek an urologist or general surgeon. HOME CARE (TEMPORARY UNTIL YOU SEE A DOCTOR) 1. Keep the Area Clean Wash gently with lukewarm water only (no soap or antiseptic) Pat dry — do not rub 2. Soothing Antiseptic Baths Add 1 tsp turmeric and a pinch of rock salt in a small tub of lukewarm water Soak the area for 10–15 minutes twice a day Helps reduce infection, swelling, and itching 3. Cold Compress If swelling is bad, apply a cold clean cloth or ice wrapped in a soft towel for 5–10 minutes to reduce pain

Dear Govind From your description, it seems you might be having balanitis (infection of the foreskin and glans) or possibly phimosis (tight foreskin that doesn’t retract) It’s better once to consult either general surgeon or urologist for proper diagnosis to rule out severe infection or the need for minor surgery Mean while avoid forceful, pulling of the skin Clean the area gently with warm water, avoid using harsh soaps Use jatyadi taila externally twice daily after washing and drying Wear loose cotton undergarments and avoid moisture buildup

Given your situation with a skin infection and tightness around the penis, it is crucial to consider both immediate care and long-term solutions through Ayurveda. If the problem is causing significant pain and there's an inability to retract the foreskin, it is essential to seek medical attention as soon as possible, because this may require urgent treatment. For now, as part of a holistic ayurvedic approach you can incorporate some natural methods to provide relief and prevent further complications. Begin by maintaining good hygiene, but avoid excessive washing, which can sometimes exacerbate irritation. Use lukewarm water and a mild, unscented soap, sparingly. After washing, make sure to pat dry the area gently, avoiding any rough rubbing which could irritate the skin more. From an ayurvedic perspective, you might be experiencing an imbalance in the Pitta dosha, which commonly manifests with issues like inflammation and infection. Including foods that pacify Pitta can be beneficial. Such foods include cucumbers, melons, and sweet organic fruits. Avoid excessively spicy, sour, and salty foods which can worsen Pitta. For the skin tightness and infection, a natural remedy is to apply coconut oil or aloe vera gel, known for their soothing and antimicrobial properties. Apply a thin layer after washing and drying the area. Furthermore, support your system with herbs like Neem, which helps in dealing with infections. Taking Neem capsules or using Neem-based ointments can be helpful as it has natural antifungal properties. It's also important to stay hydrated as it assists in flushing out toxins from your system. Aim to drink adequate amounts of water throughout the day. Increasing your lifestyle awareness is critical. If you are wearing tight underwear, switch to more breathable, cotton options to reduce friction and irritation. Avoid long durations of sitting without a break, and practice stress-reducing activities such as yoga or meditation, as stress can often exacerbate skin conditions. However, if these suggestions do not lead to improvement or if the pain worsens, it is necessary to consult a healthcare provider without delay for a complete evaluation to ensure no serious underlying conditions are present.
