Doctors' responses

- Fenugreek water/tea is generally safe and often used for digestion and blood sugar support. - Losartan (50 mg) is for blood pressure. There is no direct harmful interaction reported between fenugreek and losartan. - Taking fenugreek water in the morning and Losartan 2 hours later is fine. - Fenugreek tea in the evening along with Lipomap (Ayurvedic lipid‑lowering medicine) is also generally safe. 👉 The main caution: Fenugreek can lower blood sugar and cholesterol. Since you are prediabetic, this may be beneficial, but you should monitor sugar levels regularly to avoid unexpected drops.

Thank you doctor!

–Yes, it’s safe to drink soaked fenugreek water in the morning, about 2 hours after taking your Losartan 50 mg. You can also have fenugreek tea in the evening with your Lipomap. Fenugreek may help with blood sugar control, but it won’t replace healthy diet, exercise, and regular monitoring. Make sure to check your blood sugar regularly to see how it’s affecting you.

Yes, it is generally safe. Fenugreek water in the morning and Losartan after 2 hours – safe; no major interaction. Fenugreek tea in the evening with Lipomap – also safe. Fenugreek may help improve blood sugar control and insulin sensitivity, which can support prediabetes management. Keep intake moderate: about 5–10 g fenugreek seeds/day. It helps regulate sugar, but diet, exercise, and weight control are still key to returning sugars to normal.
