agar oral linus lichen planus ho to kya krna chahiye kya lgana chahiye 2 -3 saal se muh me gal ki sruaat me or samne ki or gal or jibh ke end pe hai red red or 2 3 year che.. bahar ki or thodi si sujan bhi hai ..... or diet bhi achhi kr rhe hai hm jese ki haldi ka juice subah khali pet, namak haldi ke grare krna, subah 1 glass nariyal pani, uske baad 12am ko beet gajar ka juice, uske bad normal khana jese bajre ki roti or mirch ke bina sbji ....dopahar ko 1 glass nariyal pani uske baad sam 5 bje beet gajar ka juice or uske baad rat ka khana bajre ki roti, ghee gud or sbji, khichdi, koy vyasan nhi hai,, dudh bilkul bandh kr rkha hai khane ke baad namak haldi ke grare karte hai

1st of all for oral lichens … you should avoid the causes of it … Nidanparivarjan Do yoga and Pranayam daily … i.e sheetali sheetkari… Start with some medicine… as follows 1.neemghan vati 1-1 after meal twice a day 2.kanchnar guggulu 1-1 after meal twice a day 3.khadiraarista+ mahamanjistaarista 4 tsp medicine + 4 tsp water twice a day after meal twice a day … 4.triphala kwath mouth gargle twice a day 5. Coconut oil pulling for pain relief… 6.immuno shield pack 1-1 after meal twice a day … Avoid spicy,cold and sour foods habbit Take green leafy vegetables…
