Yes, it helps for reduce itching and irritation.the exact way of using it is : Boil a handful of neem leaves in water, let it cool to lukewarm, Strain the water before use Use it for a gentle bath once daily Pat the child dry (don’t rub the rash). Note : consider as a supportive act , it must be treated with internal medication
