I am 36 years old lady... I Have tried many times to loose weight..but not get the positive result...

for digestive fire - sip warm water throghout the day warm ginger water 20 min before meal avoid ice , cold drink , freezing drinks three meal - breakfast - light like fruits or oats lunch - between 12-2 pm largest meal dinner - before 7 pm light and early triphla powder 1 tsp with warm water before bed no day sleep avoid wheat and maida use barley as much possible avoid meat - use moong dal instead of milk and curd - use buttermilk avoid sweet and sugary food

●Radish Seeds Take 3-5 grams of radish seed powder. Mix it with 1 teaspoon of honey to make a paste. Lick this paste twice a day and then drink lukewarm lemon water. Consuming this for 2 months regularly helps reduce belly fat. ●Triphala and Giloy Ingredients: Amla - 500 mg Bibhitaki - 500 mg Giloy - 1500 mg Make a powder of these and take it with lukewarm water. Harad - 500 mg Beneficial in reducing obesity and improving digestion. ●Preventive Remedies Consume Triphala + Giloy powder/extract daily. Include black and white pepper in your diet. Taking turmeric and black pepper with lukewarm water helps prevent weight gain. ●Take all above-mentioned medicine for 4 5 months and follow up after 1 month.
