Hello, -Yes of course you can take all churna - mix equal parts of all churna and take 3 gm at night -You can do yoga like Shavasan and Anulom vilom 15 minutes before sleeping time - Try to sleep at 10 PM and wake up in 6 AM (8 hours of continuous sleep) - Use cow ghee in 2-2 drops in each nostril (mild lukewarm for Liquification)
