Sometimes I’ve mild pain like feeling for a little while though I used to practice Yoga and Pranayama regularly from my Schooldays. Now I’m 55. One Ayurvedic Store owner called me to use Patanjali Hridyamrit Vati 2 tab daily and already I have used 3 files. Now I’m fine. Above mentioned Store owner says me “you can use it lifetime as some of my clients using it last 10 to 15 years regularly and they are still using it and are OK”. Sir, is it true statement….can one use it lifetime ??

Ayurvedic medicines are not automatically “safe for lifelong use –At 55, heart or vascular issues should be ruled out. Yoga and pranayama help, but they don’t guarantee absence of cardiac problems. It’s important to get a checkup (like ECG, lipid profile, BP check) –Just because other clients used it for 10–15 years without problems doesn’t mean it’s safe for everyone. – u can use it only sos means as per need . For 7-10 days can take ashwagandha rishta 10 ml Twice daily after meal with equal amount of water

Patanjali Hridyamrit Vati – generally safe for short to medium-term use for mild heart or chest discomfort. Lifetime use is not automatically safe Even natural medicines can affect digestion, liver, or interact with other medications if taken continuously for years. Better approach use as needed, monitor your health, and combine with lifestyle – yoga, pranayama, light diet, stress management.

Hrida Amrit Vati is effective for managing mild cardiac discount but not a lifelong dietary supplement continuous use for 10 to 15 years is not recommended Generally you can take 2-3 month to stabilize the condition once you feel fine and your symptom have subside the dose should be decrease gradually rather than continued to years Since you already practice yoga and Pranayam focus on Rasayan chikitsa like Arjun chirpak and specific Lifestyle adjustment for long term her health rather than do not relying on the pill for lifetime Please do not follow the store owner advise for lifetime use Medicine are for correcting the imbalance once the balance is restored the medicines should be eventually stopped So don’t use these for years

Any ayurvedic drug when taken in limits are always safe and does no side-effects. Same goes for allopathic medicine but side-effects are present. But for precaution a washout period is necessary. So take for 1 month and then stop for 12 days. Then again you can start for 1 month

along with it you start laukighan vati +lipidom advance vati for quick recovery and moniter your health … start juice of bottle gaurd and do some investigations i.e-lipid profile,ecg,2-d echo for further evaluation …

Hridayamrit vati is herbo mineral continuous taking for long years is not advisable, For heart problems can take Arjun tablet Also Ashwagandha capsule. Brahmi capsule can be recommended Do pranayam lom vilom, bhastrika,bhamri for 5-10mins daily
